- Basic audio adjustments

- Other video editing services specifically described with the purchased service
The exact scope of work depends on the service selected and the project requirements communicated before editing begins.
3. One-Time Purchase — No Subscription
All video editing services offered through our website are one-time purchases.
Our services are not subscription-based services.
Customers will not automatically be charged on a recurring basis unless a separate written agreement is expressly entered into for a different service arrangement.
Purchasing one video editing service does not automatically create a recurring payment obligation.
4. Service Areas
Our services are available only to customers located within the United States.
We currently do not accept customers or service orders from outside the United States.
Because our services are delivered digitally, customers do not need to be physically located near our business address.
5. Customer Materials
Customers may be required to provide source video files, photographs, audio files, logos, text, subtitles, scripts, brand materials, references, and other materials necessary to complete the project.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide these materials to us for editing.
Customers must not knowingly provide materials that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
6. File Submission
Customers should provide all required materials and instructions as soon as reasonably possible after purchasing a service.
Editing timelines generally begin after all required source files, instructions, and other necessary materials have been received.
If required materials are missing, incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible, or unclear, the service completion timeline may be delayed until the required information is provided.
7. Service Processing Time
For standard video editing projects, editing work generally begins within 1–2 business days after we receive the required materials and project instructions.
The expected completion period is generally 3–7 business days after the project is ready for editing.
More complex projects may require additional time.
Factors that may affect completion time include:
- Total video duration
- Number of source files
- File size
- Editing complexity
- Number of requested effects
- Subtitle requirements
- Audio requirements
- Special formatting requirements
- Customer-requested changes
- Delays in receiving customer materials
If a project requires substantially more time than initially expected, we may communicate an updated estimated completion date.
8. Project Review and Revisions
Where revisions are included with the purchased service, customers may submit revision requests within 7 calendar days after receiving the initial completed version.
Revision requests should clearly identify the changes requested.
Examples of reasonable revisions may include:
- Adjusting cuts
- Changing the order of clips
- Correcting text
- Adjusting timing
- Minor visual modifications
- Minor audio adjustments
A request for substantial new creative work that was not included in the original project scope may be treated as a new service request and may require an additional payment.
9. Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing the completed video after delivery.
If no revision request is submitted within the applicable revision period, the project may be considered completed.
Customers should carefully review:
- Names
- Dates
- Captions
- Spelling
- Branding
- Music
- Video sequence
- Other customer-provided information
Vision Creati LLC is not responsible for errors contained in customer-provided information that were not identified during the applicable review period.
10. Digital Service Delivery
Video editing services are delivered electronically.
Completed files may be delivered through an electronic download link, file-sharing service, email, or another appropriate digital delivery method.
No physical product or physical shipment is required.
Customers are responsible for providing a functional email address and having sufficient internet access and storage capacity to receive and download the completed files.
11. Delivery Time
After the editing project is completed, the final video will generally be made available to the customer within 1 business day.
Customers should download and securely store their completed files after delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers should not assume that project files will remain permanently available on our systems.
12. Cancellation Before Editing Begins
A customer may request cancellation before editing work has started.
If the cancellation request is received before editing begins and the project has not entered production, we may approve the cancellation and refund the applicable amount.
Once substantial editing work has begun, cancellation may no longer qualify for a full refund.
13. Refund Policy
Because video editing is a customized digital service, refunds are evaluated based on the stage of the project.
If cancellation is requested before editing begins, an eligible refund will generally be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
If editing has already begun, the refund amount may be reduced based on the amount of work already completed.
Once the final service has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available solely because the customer changes their mind.
If a significant service issue occurs, customers should contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so that we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
14. Re-Editing and Service Corrections
If the delivered video does not reasonably conform to the agreed project requirements, customers should contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may provide reasonable corrections or revisions.
This does not necessarily include completely new creative concepts, additional footage, or requirements that were not part of the original order.
15. Customer-Provided Content
Customers retain ownership of their original content, subject to any rights held by third parties.
By submitting content to Vision Creati LLC, the customer grants us a limited right to access, copy, process, edit, and store the content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service.
We do not acquire ownership of the customer’s original content merely because the customer submits it for editing.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers retain their rights in original materials they provide.
The ownership of third-party materials, including music, stock footage, fonts, graphics, images, logos, and other licensed materials, remains subject to the applicable third-party licenses.
Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses for materials they provide when required.
Vision Creati LLC retains ownership of its own pre-existing editing techniques, templates, workflows, systems, proprietary materials, and business assets.
17. Copyright and Legal Compliance
Customers must not request us to edit or create content that knowingly infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
We reserve the right to decline projects involving unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
If a customer submits content that creates a reasonable legal or rights-related concern, we may suspend or decline the project.
18. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate instructions
- Providing usable source files
- Providing necessary permissions
- Reviewing completed videos
- Downloading delivered files
- Maintaining backup copies
- Providing accurate contact information
Delays caused by missing customer materials or delayed customer responses may extend the project timeline.
19. File Storage
Completed projects and customer-uploaded materials may only be retained for a limited period after project completion.
Customers should download and back up their final files promptly after delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, we may remove project files from our working systems approximately 30 days after final delivery.
20. Service Limitations
Video editing services do not guarantee a specific number of views, followers, sales, advertising performance, engagement rate, conversion rate, or other business result.
Video performance depends on many factors outside our control, including content strategy, audience, platform algorithms, advertising, distribution, competition, and market conditions.
21. Third-Party Platforms
Some projects may involve content intended for platforms such as social media, video-sharing websites, advertising platforms, or other third-party services.
We do not control third-party platform policies, algorithms, availability, technical requirements, or content moderation decisions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their final content complies with the rules of the platform where they intend to publish it.
22. Payment
Payment must be completed according to the payment options presented during checkout.
A project will generally not enter production until payment has been successfully processed and the required project materials have been received.
23. Payment Disputes
Customers should contact us first if they believe a payment was made incorrectly or a service issue occurred.
We aim to review payment-related concerns within 3–5 business days after receiving sufficient information.
24. Service Interruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to provide services within the stated estimated timeframes.
However, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, file-transfer problems, third-party service interruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vision Creati LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability relating to a specific service will generally not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that particular service, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
26. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content belonging to Vision Creati LLC, including website text, branding, logos, graphics, original designs, service descriptions, and other proprietary materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our proprietary website materials is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
27. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Information may be collected and used as reasonably necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, provide video editing services, deliver completed files, process payments, provide customer support, and maintain website operations.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Customers should review the Terms periodically for changes.
29. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Oregon, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be waived.
