Digital Video Editing Service Delivery Policy
Because Vision Creati LLC provides digital video editing services, no physical shipping is required.
1. Service Availability
Our video editing services are available only to customers located within the United States.
We currently do not accept customers or service orders from outside the United States.
2. When Processing Begins
Processing generally begins within 1–2 business days after:
- Payment has been successfully completed;
- Required video files have been received;
- Editing instructions have been received;
- Any required reference materials have been provided.
3. Standard Completion Time
Most standard video editing projects are generally completed within 3–7 business days after all required materials have been received.
Complex projects may require additional time depending on the project scope, editing requirements, file volume, and customer-requested changes.
4. Customer-Caused Delays
The estimated completion period may be extended if:
- Required files are missing;
- Uploaded files are corrupted or inaccessible;
- Instructions are incomplete or unclear;
- The customer requests substantial changes;
- Additional materials are required;
- The customer does not respond to clarification requests.
Any delay caused by missing materials or delayed customer responses may extend the estimated completion time.
5. Final Delivery
Completed videos are generally delivered electronically within 1 business day after the final editing work is completed.
Delivery may occur through:
- Download link
- File-sharing service
- Other suitable digital delivery methods
No physical product will be shipped because our services are provided digitally.
6. Download Period
Customers should download completed files promptly after receiving the final delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project files may be removed approximately 30 days after final delivery.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of completed videos and other important project files.
Vision Creati LLC is not responsible for the permanent availability of project files after the applicable storage period.
